Welcome to Pleasant Grove Elementary School, home of the Flyers!

Pleasant Grove serves students in grades Pre K – 5 on a multi-track year-round calendar that runs from July to late June.  It is located at 3605 Pleasant Grove Church Road just northwest of the Brier Creek area and adjacent to Research Triangle Park.  Since 2019 Pleasant Grove has served as an overflow school for families who live in the Cary and Morrisville areas of the WCPSS school district.

Facility Features

Pleasant Grove Elementary is built on a 23.71-acre site northwest of the Brier Creek area. Moseley Architects designed this new elementary school prototype 780-student elementary school, with a core to support 900. It has three classroom wings that run perpendicular to the main corridor. Two wings are two-stories with students in grades 3-5 in classrooms on the second floor. The school opened in August 2016.
